Les fesses brulantes Hot Sauce

This year we felt extremely passionate about preparing preserves that included ingredients that we grew ourselves. Shane managed to grow a massive 5-colour Chinese plant (on the left) that produced loads of hot peppers! As well, we purchased the remaining ingredients from local farmers. As a result we produced this Hot Sauce recipe! You’ll have to read the story that follows this recipe in order to understand where it gets the name “Les fesses brulantes.”
